University gave me the structure, projects gave me the understanding.

I'm currently studying Computer Science at Nottingham Trent University, with a focus on software development, databases, systems design, programming, networking and full-stack development. My course has included practical projects involving Java, C++, databases, software engineering, Docker, Jenkins, microservices, testing and group-based development. I'm also aiming for a sandwich year placement to gain professional industry experience before graduating.

Completed a digital T Level focused on software, web development, databases and digital production. For my main project, I built a zoo website using MySQL, phpMyAdmin, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. This helped me understand full-stack basics, database-backed websites and how to plan a project from idea to final build.
