I work in operational support inside a large frozen warehouse environment, supporting office operations, driver reception, stock processes and customer-related tasks. My responsibilities include preparing invoicing information, checking EDI-fed orders, using Excel for stock reports, retrieving customer TPQs, SSCCs and best-before-date information, helping with stock control and supporting day-to-day warehouse administration. This role has helped me understand how real operational systems work, where manual processes slow teams down, and how better internal software could improve workflows.
